To be totally honest, I am not healthy! I usually eat yogurt with muesli and berries for breakfast and for the rest of the day, I have to be prepared for what there is for lunch. My dinner can be healthy at times and completely junk when I feel "JUNKY" When I say healthy I mean vegetables with rice, salad and lettuce wraps and when I say junk, I mean pizza.
Lunch: Dumplings with noodles
Dinner: Chicken steak @ Neil's Tavern
